At KinkZone, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for our members, guests, and staff. While we may share an interest in kink, we recognise that everyone has different comfort levels, boundaries, and experiences. This Code of Conduct applies to all KinkZone activities, including events, private hires, functions, and general attendance at our premises.

Respect, Consent & Safety
   •    Disrespectful behaviour, uninvited advances, and non-consensual touching will not be tolerated. Any such conduct may result in immediate ejection from the premises and, where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.
   •    We reserve the right to ask any person to leave at any time if we believe their behaviour poses a risk to the safety or wellbeing of others.

Assumption of Risk & Waiver
By entering our premises or participating in KinkZone activities, you acknowledge and accept that:
   •    The activities may involve inherent risks, including injury or death.
   •    You participate at your own risk, and it is unreasonable to hold KinkZone liable for any harm incurred.
   •    You hereby waive any legal rights of action against KinkZone, its directors, employees, or landlords arising from your participation, including any claims relating to negligence, breach of duty, or similar grounds.

Behavioural Expectations
By entering a KinkZone event or venue, you agree that you:
   •    Are 18 years of age or older.
   •    Will treat all people with respect and courtesy, just as you would in any other social setting.
   •    Understand that not all interactions are sexual in nature; do not assume sexual interest or consent.
   •    Will respect boundaries and engage in conversations and activities only with clear, enthusiastic consent.
   •    Will never touch another person without asking politely and receiving explicit permission.
   •    Will always ask before joining a scene or play activity.
   •    Will practice safe sex. (Condoms and dental dams are provided.)
   •    Will be mindful of scenes in progress – do not walk into active play areas.
   •    Will not use illicit drugs or take non-prescribed medication on site. Anyone arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be asked to leave.
   •    Will not solicit or offer sexual services.
   •    Will only smoke or vape in designated outdoor courtyard areas.
   •    Will not take photos at swing events under any circumstances.
   •    Will only take photos at other events if you have permission from all identifiable individuals, including those in the background. (We recommend using a wall as a backdrop.)
   •    Will respect others’ privacy and anonymity. Do not share anyone’s identity without consent.
   •    Will follow all instructions given by KZ Crew and observe any safety protocols in place.
   •    Will leave immediately if KZ Crew determine your behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate.

Scene Etiquette
   •    Do not interrupt a scene in progress.
   •    Set up safely, ensuring you have adequate space and are not interfering with others.
   •    Use spotters or Dungeon Monitors if required for safety.
   •    Protect your own and others' physical wellbeing.
   •    Clean all equipment and replace bedding after use. (Disinfectants and wipes are provided.)
   •    If a KZ Crew member intervenes or stops your scene, you must follow their instructions without argument.
